This 2-dog retractable leash is overall great and has made walking both dogs much easier. The handle is comfortable, the leash length is good, and it feels sturdy and well made.The only downside is that occasionally the lines don’t untangle on their own and need a quick manual adjustment. It’s not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.Even with that minor issue, I’m very happy with this leash and would absolutely recommend it to anyone walking two dogs at once. I’ve just bought my 3rd Wigzi Dual Dog Leash. Third because, I’ve used nothing other than this dual leash for several years. For me, nothing better on the market. Here’s why:1. It’s a “TRUE” Dual Leash. Each leash is fully independent right from the housing at your wrist. Not a “single” leash with an attached “two lead” clip-on that don’t allow the two dogs much separation.2. I allow the dogs to walk using the full length of both leashes. This allows them up to 20 feet of complete freedom. One might walk ahead a bit while the other is sniffing some farther away. But, 80% of the walk, they walk pretty much side by side.3. Because you have a push button control for “each” leash, you can give minor or major adjustments as needed. Excellent control on both.4. FYI: if you think the lines will “automatically” untwist 100% of the time, they won’t. 85% of the time.., yes. Truth is, a twist is a twist, especially if your dogs happen to suddenly create a few multiple twists. It depends on how tight the lines are, and, how close or far away from you they are. You will have to spin the barrel a couple of times now and then. No big deal. I will say, the barrel is much improved in untangling twists. This 2025 model has an improved barrel spin, and, better percentage of undoing twists!5. The change to Day Glow reflective lines, better than expected. Lines were basic black. Now, I can easily see exactly where the lines are at all times.6. This leash lasts forever (until it doesn’t). If you operate the control buttons appropriately, this will last for years. Like the clutch on a car, if you don’t properly engage the clutch and grind the gears, you ultimately ruin the transmission. Same applies here. Learn how to engage the control buttons appropriately!You will enjoy this leash as much as your dogs will! Will give them a true sense of space a freedom.

I’ve tried several dual-leash systems over the years, but the Wigzi 2-Dog Retractable Leash is hands down my favorite so far.It has made walking my two very different dogs so much easier. One of them likes to stay close by me, the other wants to dart ahead, sniff everything, run back, etc. Having two retractable lines in a single handle, with independent retract/lock for each side, means I can let each do their thing while still maintaining control over both. No wrestling with two full leashes, no constant untangling.A few things that impressed me:•The dual retraction + separate locking works beautifully. I can lock one side and let the other roam, or both, depending on the situation.•The handle (they call it gel or silicone) is soft/moldable, not stiff plastic. I was skeptical at first, but I actually love holding it; it reduces hand fatigue.•The tether length is generous (each dog gets good range) without feeling dangerously long.•The “no-tangle / swivel” mechanism does its job. I never have to stop mid-walk and fuss with knots like I used to.It’s a bit heavier than a single leash, but not necessarily a negative for me. Also, for very strong dogs, you might want to be cautious and test its durability, but for my two (medium/small-ish) dogs, it seems like it will be just fine.Overall, I highly recommend this leash to anyone walking two dogs. It’s made my daily walks smoother, more manageable, and more fun for them.

I love this leash. However the locking mechanism on one of the sides stopped working. It has been used approx 10 times. As many have reported it happening to them. I sent in the form as instructed to do as it was still under warrenty. No response. I sent in another form. No response. So I called them. Within seconds they are sending me a new one.
